The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 167,292 COVID-19 cases.
In its latest case update dated June 21, the NCDC reports 86 new cases with one death resulting from COVID-related complications.

The new cases were recorded in 3 states – Lagos-53, Ondo-31 and Adamawa-3.
However, the infectious disease agency said the report includes Lagos’ data for the 19th and 20th of June.
EKO HOT BLOG gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 163,797 cases have been discharged while the death toll still stands at 2,118.
According to the NCDC, 0 cases were reported in FCT, Imo, Sokoto, Nasarawa, Oyo, Ekiti, Plateau, Enugu and Rivers States.
