COVID-19: NCDC Confirms 86 New Infections, Records No Fatality

  • Total cases confirmed – 161,737
  • Total cases discharged – 147,899
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,030

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has shown that Nigeria has recorded a total of 161,737 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated March 21, the NCDC reports 86 new infections with no COVID-related deaths.

The new infections were recorded in 7 states — FCT-33, Lagos-28, Ondo-11, Kano-7, Akwa Ibom-1, Rivers-3 and Kaduna-1.
