The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 201,798 COVID-19 cases.
In its latest case update dated September 19, the NCDC reports 168 new cases with 1 COVID-related death.

The new cases were reported in the FCT and 10 states – Lagos-75, Abia-26, Niger-20, FCT-15, Benue-8, Ogun-8, Osun-7, Edo-3, Kaduna-2, Kano-2 and Ondo-2.
According to the NCDC, 0 cases were in reported in Bauchi, Ekiti, Imo, Rivers, Oyo, Plateau and Sokoto States.
