COVID-19: NCDC Records 26 New Infections

  • Total cases confirmed – 166,756
  • Total cases discharged – 162,994
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,117

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has shown that Nigeria has recorded a total of 166,756 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated June 5, the NCDC reports 26 new cases with no COVID-related fatalities.

The new infections were recorded in 5 states – Akwa Ibom-8, Cross River-8, Lagos-8, Bayelsa-1, Kaduna-1.
