The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 167,430 COVID-19 cases.
In its latest case update dated June 25, the NCDC reports 29 new cases with one death resulting from COVID-related complications.

The new cases were reported in 7 states – Lagos-16, Rivers-3, Kaduna-3, Kwara-2, Delta-2, Ondo-2 and Ogun-1.
EKO HOT BLOG gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 163,937 cases have been discharged while the death toll has risen to 2,119.
According to the NCDC, 0 cases were reported in FCT, Plateau, Nasarawa, Anambra, Gombe, Imo, Oyo, Ekiti and Sokoto.
