[COVID-19] NCDC Records 377 New Cases, 2 Deaths

  • Total cases confirmed – 203,081
  • Total cases discharged – 191,601
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,666

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 203,081 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated September 22, the NCDC reports 377 new cases with 2 COVID-related death.

The new cases were reported in the FCT and 15 states – Lagos-70, FCT-67, Kaduna-38, Edo-36, Rivers-28, Delta-23, Kwara-22, Ondo-18, Plateau-17, Oyo-16, Benue-12, Ekiti-10, Gombe-8, Kano-7, Imo-3 and Jigawa-2.

According to the NCDC, 0 cases were in reported in Ogun, Nasarawa, Osun and Sokoto States.

EKO HOT BLOG gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 191,601 cases have been discharged while the death toll has risen to 2,666.
