[COVID-19] NCDC Records 433 New Cases, 2 Deaths

  • Total cases confirmed – 203,514
  • Total cases discharged – 191,942
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,668

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 203,514 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated September 23, the NCDC reports 433 new cases with 2 COVID-related death.

The new cases were reported in the FCT and 16 states – FCT-191, Lagos-79, Anambra-63, Rivers-27, Plateau-13, Oyo-10, Delta-9, Ondo-8, Edo-7, Gombe-6, Akwa Ibom-5, Borno-5, Ekiti-4, Bayelsa-2, Zamfara-2, Enugu-1 and Kano-1.

According to the NCDC, 0 cases were in reported in Ogun, Nasarawa, Osun and Sokoto States.

EKO HOT BLOG gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 191,942 cases have been discharged while the death toll has risen to 2,668.
