COVID-19: NCDC Records 48 Fresh Cases, No Deaths

• Total cases confirmed – 166,730
• Total cases discharged – 162,584
• Total deaths recorded – 2,117

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has shown that Nigeria has recorded a total of 166,730 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated June 4, the NCDC reports 48 new cases with no COVID-related fatalities.

The new infections were recorded in 9 states – Lagos-16, Yobe-16, Kano-8, Gombe-3, Akwa Ibom-1, Delta-1, FCT-1, Kaduna-1 and Rivers-1.

EKO HOT BLOG gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 162,584 cases have been discharged while the death toll still stands at 2,117.
