EKO HOT BLOG reports that the latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 214,567 COVID-19 cases.
In its latest case update dated December 4, the NCDC reports 54 new cases with no COVID-related deaths.

The new cases were reported in 8 States – Lagos-25, Oyo-11, FCT-6, Kwara-3, Rivers-3, Bauchi-2, Delta-2, Kano-1 and Ogun-1.
According to the NCDC, no cases were recorded in Ekiti, Gombe, Ondo, Osun, Plateau, and Sokoto States.
It was gathered that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 207,427 cases have been discharged while the death toll still stands at 2,980.
