COVID-19: NCDC Reports 1 Death, 48 Fresh Cases

  • Total cases confirmed – 162,641
  • Total cases discharged – 150,466
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,049

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has shown that Nigeria has recorded a total of 162,641 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated March 29, the NCDC reports 104 fresh cases with 1 COVID-related death.

The new infections were recorded in 8 states — Lagos-13, Kaduna-7, Nasarawa-7, Kano-6, Kwara-5, Ondo-4, Akwa Ibom-3 and Osun-3.
