COVID-19: NCDC Reports 213 New Cases, Two Fatalities

  • Total cases confirmed – 171,324
  • Total cases discharged – 164,798
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,134

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 171,324 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated July 26, the NCDC reports 213 new cases with two COVID-related death.

The new cases were reported in 12 states – Lagos-157, Rivers-20, Plateau-12, Enugu-6, Oyo-6, Gombe-3, Bauchi-2, Imo-2, Kaduna-2, Edo-1, Ekiti-1 and Ogun-1.

According to the NCDC, 0 cases were in reported in Nasarawa, Ondo and Sokoto States.

EKO HOT BLOG gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 164,798 cases have been discharged while the death toll has risen to 2,134.
