The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 171,728 COVID-19 cases.
In its latest case update dated July 27, the NCDC reports 404 new cases with no COVID-related death.

The new cases were reported in 12 states – Lagos-356, Rivers-18, FCT-7, Ekiti-5, Kaduna-5, Gombe-3, Kano-3, Edo-2, Ogun-2, Bayelsa-1, Plateau-1 and Nasaraw-1.
According to the NCDC, 0 cases were in reported in Sokoto, Oyo, Imo and Enugu States.
