Covid-19: Nigeria Records 30 New Cases, No Deaths As Infection Hits 165,370
Confirmed cases of Covid-19 has increased to 165,370 as 30 new cases and no deaths were recorded in Nigeria on Saturday, 9th of May 2021.
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) in its daily update on Coronavirus, said 156,250 cases have been discharged and 2,065 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory of the country.
According to NCDC, the new cases are reported from 3 states, with Lagos having the highest with 21 new cases.
In further report from NCDC, Adamawa had 8, Rivers 1.
Meanwhile, a multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 3, continues to coordinate the national response activities.
