COVID-19: Nigeria Records 98 New Infections

  • Total cases confirmed – 168,540
  • Total cases discharged – 164,431
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,122

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 168,540 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated July 10, the NCDC reports 98 new cases with no COVID-related death.

The new cases were reported in 3 states – Lagos-94, Ekiti-3 and FCT-1.

According to the NCDC, 0 cases were reported from Rivers, Oyo, Sokoto, Kano and Kaduna States.

EKO HOT BLOG gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 164,431 cases have been discharged while the death toll still stands at 2,122.
