COVID-19: No Deaths Recorded As NCDC Confirms 70 Fresh Cases

  • Total cases confirmed – 164,303
  • Total cases discharged – 154,384
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,061

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has shown that Nigeria has recorded a total of 164,303 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated April 19, the NCDC reports 70 new cases with no COVID-related fatality.

The new infections were recorded in 5 states — Lagos-27, Kaduna-16, Ondo-16, Yobe-6 and Bauchi-5.

Eko Hot Blog gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 154,384 cases have been discharged while the death toll still stands at 2,061.
