  • He was of the view that the same law that is supposed to apply to Mr. A should also apply to Mr. B
  • He attacked Kaduna State Governor after Sanusi Lamido was spotted speaking to a large group of people in Kano

Outspoken social critic, political analyst and media personality, Reno Omokri has called out the former Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi over his fragrant violation of the Covid-19 protocols and health guidelines.

Also mentioned in the post is the Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El-rufai and the Lagos State Police commission.

Reno Omokri who has over the years became more popular on the the various social media platforms because of the way he tackles issues, more especially those that are happening in Nigeria, and with special interest in politics. In fact, he has been one of the most active critics of the President APC led regime.

Well, Reno took to his social media platforms hours ago to share a photo from the Turbanning Caliph of former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), EKO HOT BLOG   gathered.

The ceremony/event was attended by a massive crowd of people who came out to witness the occasion and equally show solidarity to the dethroned former Emire of Kano.

Meanwhile, Reno was angry particularly for the fact that such a massive crowd of people could turn up for an event in spite the Covid-19 laws forbidding it, yet the Kaduna State Government could not take a single known action over it.

He then wondered if Nigeria is operating two set of laws, one for some Nigerians, possibly the poor, and the other for the rich and well connected.

“Former Kano Emir, Sanusi Lamido, addressing a crowd at his turbanning as caliph,” Reno Omokri wrote.

“If this were in Kaduna, @elrufai would demolish the building. If it were Cubana club, @PoliceNG would arrest everyone there. Is there one law for some Nigerians, and another for others? #TableShaker”, he concluded.

Meanwhile, some persons have continued to react to the post, with many boldly condemning what the former Emir of Kano did.
