COVID-19 Second Wave: Sanwo-Olu Warns Churches Over Crossover Services

As churches prepare to hold Crossover Services come December 31, the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, urged residents to respect the 12am to 4am curfew imposed by the Federal Government.

Sanwo-Olu disclosed this while responding to questions from journalists at the State House in Marina, Lagos on Thursday.

Eko Hot Blog reports that Crossover Service in most churches will begin  from on Thursday, December 31 and end in the early hours of Friday, January 1.

The Govenor, however, urged religious leaders to ensure their followers observe the protocols put in place to curb the spread of COVID-19, as Nigeria battles the second wave of the pandemic.

Recall that Eko Hot Blog confirmed earlier that Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has tested negative for the coronavirus, more than a week after he was confirmed positive.
