CPC Youths Pledge Support for Tinubu and APC Ahead of 2027 Elections

With preparations underway for the 2027 general elections, the youth wing of the now-defunct Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), a legacy party within the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), has thrown its weight behind President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, praising his administration’s policies as vital to Nigeria’s progress.
The group also reaffirmed its commitment to the APC and expressed support for the leadership of Senator Tanko Al-Makura, who is spearheading a stakeholder engagement and endorsement effort within the legacy CPC structure.
In a joint statement signed in Abuja, the CPC National Youth Leader, Hon. Abubakar Maikudi, and Kogi State Youth Leader, Prince Sani Ogu Salisu, emphasized that Tinubu’s administration has shown dedication to economic reforms, infrastructural development, and improving citizens’ quality of life.
