Davido To Join Cardi B, Meek Mill, Others At New York’s Hot 97 Summer Jam

 

Nigerian music superstar, Davido, is among a star-studded line up of acts to perform at the 2019 edition of Hot 97 Summer Jam in New York.

 

Said to be one of the biggest musical concerts held during the summer in the United States, the event is billed to hold on June 2 at New York’s Metlife Stadium.

 

Among the artiste enlisted alongside Davido include Cardi B, American rap star; Meek Mill, US-based rapper and song writer; Casanova; Funk Flex, American disc jockey; Kash Doll and Tory Lanez.

 

In reaction to the development, Davido took to Instagram to call himself the “Big Fish” as he expressed excitement on being enlisted alongside global stars in the entertainment industry.

 

“B*tch, I graduated. Call me Big Fish. New York Summer Jam June 2nd! MET Life Stadium.” the 26-year-old “Fall” singer wrote.

 

Davido, who has been on the move a lot in recent times to make a name for himself in the global entertainment industry, ascended further from the 37th to 28th place on the American Billboard chart recently.

 

He was also nominated alongside Taylor Swift, David Guetta, Korean Blackpink, Australian Troye Sivan and Latin-American J Balvin for the 2019 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Award while he was recently seen having a studio session with Ludacris and Timbaland, popular American musicians, in the city of Miami.
