The event will feature athletes from 25 countries competing in the 2nd edition of the African Military Games. Participants will showcase their skills across 19 sports, all hosted at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, except for obstacle crossing and shooting events.
The games are jointly organized by the Organization of Military Sports in Africa (OSMA) and the International Military Sports Council (CISM).
D’banj, celebrated for his electrifying stage presence, previously performed at the closing ceremony of the 2013 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) in South Africa, where Nigeria’s Super Eagles emerged victorious.
Yemi Alade, known for her soulful voice, performed the soundtrack and graced the opening ceremony of the last AFCON held in Ivory Coast.
