The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control on on Tuesday anounced that the country has recorded two hundred and fourty one new cases of COVID-19.
The agency made the announcement in its daily situation report of COVID-19 on its official twitter page.
According to the agency, of the 241 cases, 142 are confirmed in Lagos, 15 in Oyo, 13 in Abuja, 12 Kano, Edo 11, 10 in Delta, 9 in Kaduna, 9 in Rivers, 8 in Borno, 4 in Jigawa, 3 In Gombe and Plateau, 1 in Osun and Bauchi.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 10819 with 3239 discharged and 314 deaths recorded.
