Despite struggles in front of goal, a combination of Monaco goalkeeper Philipp Köhn’s stellar saves and PSG’s poor finishing kept the match on edge until Dembélé converted a decisive cross in the 92nd minute.

Originally scheduled for August 8 in Beijing, the match was relocated to Doha after Chinese authorities called it off. Qatar’s Stadium 974, a venue from the 2022 World Cup, hosted the game, albeit with a less-than-full attendance.
