The Anambra State Police Command has confirmed the tragic killing of a banker named Ifeoma, who was abducted in Onitsha after her family paid a ransom to her kidnappers.

Eko Hot Blog gathered that Ifeoma’s body was discovered along Ideani junction Nnobi/Alor road in Anambra State.

Police spokesperson Tochukwu Ikenga stated that the corpse had been evacuated, and an investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death has begun.

Ikenga said, “The command received the information about an abandoned female corpse found along the Nnobi-Alor Road allegedly dumped by suspected kidnappers.

Last Week Anambra State Police Command announced the rescue of four children allegedly stolen from their parents in Bauchi State.

In another news last week gunmen abducted two Catholic nuns along Ufuma Road in Orumba North Local Government Area of Anambra State.

The victims were said to be on their way back from their vocational association’s meeting at Ogboji community in Orumba North LGA, when they were kidnapped late on Tuesday.
