Job Summary

DIS SPACES LTD, with a wide portfolio of commercial space facility management services across the Lagos Metropolis, is seeking a qualified Real Estate Manager. In this role, you will oversee operations, maintenance, and leasing activities of company-owned properties, ensuring efficient functioning and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of properties, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and operational.
• Manage tenant relationships, addressing concerns and maintaining high occupancy rates by attracting new tenants and retaining existing ones.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and manage budgets, set rental rates, and handle financial transactions including rent collection and payment of bills and taxes.
• Ensure all property activities comply with local laws and regulations, including property law, taxes, and financial statements.
• Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions, prepare reports for property owners, and stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in the real estate industry.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or project management.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Real Estate Manager.
• Must have experience in the hospitality industry.
• Salary: ₦180,000 – ₦200,000 monthly.
