DJ Cuppy has given the Personal logistics manager to popular singer Davido seven days to apologise over allegations he made on social media.

In a pre-action notice, February 10, through her lawyers, Babajide Koku & Co, Cuppy said Afeare Israel, better known as Israel DMW, is to also compensate her in respect of the costs which she has been put in the matter, EKO HOT BLOG gathered.

Israel DMW had accused the disc-jockey and music artiste of Red Velvet Music Group of not rewarding rapper Zlatan Ibile for his contributions to the success of the hit song “Gelato”, sung together by the billionaire daughter and Zlatan.

But Cuppy, real name Florence Otedola, said neither she nor Zlatan had breached the terms of their contracts.

She said the allegations made by Israel DMW “are completely untrue and constitute a grave libel”, adding that he should withdraw it and apologise based on terms to be approved by her.

Cuppy said that failure to receive a response from him within five days after Israel DMW had been served the letter, will mean that she will take further action to recover damages caused to her reputation.
