According to a Twitter report by CNN, the America’s Senators have found Mr Donald Trump as not guilty of inciting the January 6 Capitol building riot.
The pro-Trump civil unrest had been allegedly orchestrated by the then President Trump who refused to conceed defeat at the November 3 presidential election.
The victory of the incumbent President Joe Biden at the election was unrepentantly resisted by Trump who claimed that he was robbed at the polls.

Following his threat to stage a protest on the Certification day of Joe Biden, he was subsequently accused of inciting the Capitol building violence.
Therefore, he was faced with his second impeachment in his four-year reign as President. As a result, the journey towards actualising that by the American Senators started five days ago, with today being the final one.
“The vote was 43 not guilty to 57 guilty, short of the 67 guilty votes needed to convict.
Seven Republican senators voted that Trump was guilty of incitement, but most Republicans argued that the trial itself was unconstitutional because Trump was no longer president, saying that fact trumped any evidence presented during the trial.
With this victory and acquittal of Donald Trump, it therefore implies that he is free to contest for and hold public positions, including contesting for the seat of the President of America again in the future.
