A former aide to Nigeria’s ex-President; Goodluck Jonathan and convener of #HarassBuhariOutOfLondon has warned the Department of State Security Services, DSS against going after Bishop David Oyedepo. Reno Omokri warned against targeting the pastor of Living Faith Church over his comments on the Buhari administration.
EkothotBlog reports that Bishop Oyedepo had declared that Nigerians will not repeat the error that produced President Muhammadu Buhari in the 2015 general elections.

The Bishop had mentioned in a statement that Nigeria would experience a new order of settlement because the earlier error would not be repeated. The statement was made during his church’s first service in Canaanland Ota, Ogun State yesterday.
According to Oyedepo, he warned Nigerians against the Buhari-led evil government in 2015. Oyedepo stressed further by saying that Nigerians made the error of electing Buhari because they failed to listen to him in 2015.

In reaction, Reno Omokri had tweeted, “I am hoping the DSS will not make the mistake of summoning Bishop David Oyedepo over his fiery but truthful sermon about 2015 and 2023.
“People that did not summon Ustaz Salihu, who threatened to kill Christians. We are watching to see how mad the Buhari regime is.”
An Islamic leader known as Ustaz Salihu had threatened in a viral video to execute reprisals on Christians over the continuous brutal killing of Muslim travelers in Jos, Plateau State by unidentified gunmen.
