Job Summary EKO HOT BLOG reports that DreamStart Labs, a social impact fintech startup dedicated to improving lives in developing countries, is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Representative to join their team.
This remote role will support the DreamSave app, a mobile solution for village savings groups and community banks, by providing training, support, and market development across Nigeria.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hausa and English, with a strong commitment to social impact and excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Train local NGO staff on using the DreamSave app, including setup and troubleshooting.
Provide high-quality support to partners and end-users, resolving technical issues and ensuring satisfaction.
Develop and manage relationships with potential partners, including microfinance institutions and banks.
Translate training materials and app content into Hausa.
Conduct market research and identify opportunities for expanding DreamSave’s impact in Nigeria.
Report on user feedback, issues, and suggestions for app improvements.
Qualifications
Experience level: 2 to 5 years in a related field.
Educational level: High school diploma or higher; college degree preferred.
Must be fluent in Hausa and English.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and training abilities.
Comfortable using Android smartphones and web-based tools.
Passionate about social impact and improving lives through technology.
