The Kwara State Director of Public Prosecution, Mumini Jimoh, confirmed that some suspects had been arrested over the crime and would be arraigned on Wednesday.
Recall that the Minister of Women Affairs, Pauline Tallen, had called on security agencies including the DSS and Police in Kwara State, to urgently fish out the killers of Blessing Olajide.
“It is an act that falls below the threshold of accepted behaviour and no excuse should be made in condemning this act,” she said at the time.
