EKO HOT BLOG reports that the blaze, which started around 2:20 a.m., severely damaged one of the two-bedroom flats in Block 21, a three-story building with 16 flats.
Preliminary investigations by the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) revealed that the fire was caused by an electrical surge in the children’s room.
