Ebonyi PDP Gets New State Exco
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has inaugurated a new state executive committee in Ebonyi State following the dissolution of the former one.
The event, which held on Monday, was presided over by the Deputy National Chairman (North), Senator Suleiman Nazif.
It has in attendance, former Senate President, Pius Ayim; Senator Sam Ekwu, Ambassador Frank Ogbuewu, and the two other serving senators from Ebonyi State.

The newly inaugurated excos include: Fred Udeogu (Chairman), Luke Nkwegu (Secretary), Gideon Osi (Publicity Secretary), James Alaka (Organising Secretary) and Amaka Igboke (Women Leader).
Others are: Midi Irenede (Legal Adviser), James Onah (Assistant Secretary), and Monday Chukwu (Treasurer).
Recall that the National Working Committee of the party dissolved the party’s, a move which may not be unconnected to the defection of Governor David Umahi to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
