Yul Edochie Brags About His 2023 Presidential Ambitions

Actor turned politician Yul Edochie has taken to Twitter to claim he will be the best president ever had.
EKO HOT BLOG ha gathered that the son of veteran actor Pete Edochie has expressed his desire to run for the 2023 race which will see a new government in power as Muhammadu Buhari’s eight-year term would come to an end.
“I will be the best President Nigeria has ever had. YUL EDOCHIE 2023. #givetheyouthsachance,” the younger Edochie said in his Tweet.

It is not the first time Edochie has declared his intention to run for president having done so in 2019.
He had first ran for governor in Anambra state in 2017 but polled a meagre 145 votes. He was later appointed Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Anambra state on creative and entertainment media.
Pete Edochie has given his son his blessings to contest, though admitting he was pressurised by young Nigerians who are seeking a more vibrant and younger presidential candidate in power, to do so.

“Most of the youngsters have been bugging my phone, asking me to endorse my son that they want him as president and l get amused. But they keep insisting daddy, we want Yul to be the president of this country. ‘We like him,” Edochie Senior said in a video posted by Yul on Twitter.
“He is disciplined, sympathetic, he believes a lot in people. They have bothered me so much that today, I hereby present him to you. He has my blessing and endorsement, any day he decides to veer off from the discipline under which he was raised, l will withdraw my support him. It shall be well with you, son.”
