Effective Home Remedies For Hair Loss In Women

EDITOR’S PICK

Do you know that there are natural ways to prevent or treat constant hair loss? It is fairly common among women, but only a few of them actually understand what causes it and know how to treat it. So in this article on EKO HOT BLOG, we would be looking at some natural remedies for hair loss in women.

1. Eat more biotin

Doctors frequently prescribe biotin, also known as vitamin B7, to people suffering from hair loss, but you can also get plenty of this vitamin from foods such as eggs, wheat, and mushrooms. If you suffer from hair loss, eating more eggs and mushrooms may provide your body with enough biotin and, as a result, boost your hair growth.

2. Drink onion juice frequently for hair regrowth

You can apply onion juice to your hair once a day for great results. The sulfur in onion juice aids in regrowth, so rubbing it on your scalp on a regular basis may result in some reasonable results later on.

The only disadvantage of this method of treatment is that the onion juice smell may cause you to have a sulfur odor throughout the day, so look for things to help mask the smell.

3. Eat iron-rich foods on a regular basis

Iron aids in blood production, and low iron levels in the blood have been linked to hair loss. Meat, poultry (which includes chicken, turkey, duck, etc) and dairy products all contain iron.

Green vegetables also contain iron, but it is adviced you consult your doctor about the amount of iron you could consume because it can have some side effects if consumed in excess.
