Rep. Raji chose to invite and host students from the school for the blind to ensure an inclusive Sallah celebration at his country home in Epe.

According to a statement issued by the lawmaker’s office on Thursday, the students, led by one of the institution’s administrators, Miss Goodness, entertained him and guests alike with melodious tunes.

Rep. Raji, who was excited at the group’s decision to find creativity and ability in their disability, commended them for not letting their visual impairment hold down their potential.

He admonished the students that, with the APC’s policy of creating an office for the physically challenged in all the party’s structure from the ward to the national level and the exploits their mates have attained on the national and international scene, there is no limit to what they can achieve in life.

The legislator went on to donate food items and cash gifts to the team and promised a sustained relationship with the institution to identify pressing challenges that can be met immediately.

Miss Goodness, who spoke on behalf of the team, appreciated Rep. Raji for creating time out for the students.

She said the home’s primary aim is to get the best out of the hundreds of the visually impaired students of the institution which has produced so many graduates in different disciplines.
