Eid Mawlid: FG Declares Thursday As Public Holiday

  • The Federal Government has reportedly declared Thursday, October 29, as public holiday to celebrate this year’s Eid Mawlid, Ekohotblog learnt.

Eid Mawlid is the celebration of the birth of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him).

The Minister of Interior, Mr Rauf Aregbesola announced this in a press statement released by Mohammed Manga, Director (Press & Public Relations).
