El Kanemi Warriors Knocked Out Of CAF Confederation Cup By Dadje FC

El Kanemi Warriors have been eliminated from the CAF Confederation Cup by Benin Republic’s Dadje FC.

Dadje FC secured a 2-1 win over El Kanemi Warriors today, advancing with a 3-2 aggregate score. The teams had previously played to a 1-1 draw in Ikenne last week.

El Kanemi Warriors, the winners of the Nigerian Federation Cup, had hoped to overturn their first-leg deficit after a narrow 2-1 defeat, despite a late equalizer.

This result marks the first elimination of a Nigerian team from a CAF club competition this season.
