Employment Scam: EFCC Secures Two Convictions in Gombe

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Gombe Zonal office on Friday, November, 2019, secured the conviction of Abdullahi Abubakar and Usman Muazu who were involved in employment fraud.

They were prosecuted before Justice Hassan Dikko of the Federal High Court, Bauchi, on two-count charge bordering on Currency Counterfeiting contrary to Section 6 (2)(b) and Punishable under Section 5 (1)(b) of the Counterfeit Currency Special Provisions Act Cap C 35 LFN 2004.
