EKO HOT BLOG reports that famed Nigerian rapper, Falz, has called on Nigerians to take part in the #EndSARS Memorial car procession.
He said the procession would hold in honour of those killed at the tollgate exactly one year ago.
The police have warned repeatedly against gathering of any kind in the name of #EndSARS.
But the rapper said the procession scheduled for Wednesday is in remembrance of those who lost their lives during the #EndSARS protest.

Falz said, it is impossible not to “memorialize our fallen heroes”.
“We will never ever forget that Innocent Nigerian citizens waved flags and sang till they were shot at, injured, and killed.
“We must never forget we are rolling up in cars tomorrow to drive through the tollgate. We know their way, so a procession of cars is the safest option to minimize police harassment,” wrote the rapper who is also the son of human rights lawyer and Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Femi Falana.
He also assured those that will participate of their safety, saying there are free vehicles on ground.
“We will stay in our vehicles throughout. We have rides for people that need them. Each and everyone’s safety is very important so please let’s move together.”
