Popular multi talented actress, Genevieve Nnaji has written an open letter to president Buhari to call for the disbandment of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).
This comes after another actor, Desmond Elliot backed Nigerian youth in seeking for the dissolution of SARS.
The actress publicly via her social media page on Instagram penned down words for the president.
Genevieve also recalled her niece’s encounter in the hands of officials of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).
She stated that she’s getting “weary, tired of being optimistic about change” as she urges Buhari to act by commanding his troops to “stand down”.
She shared the letter with the caption, “Enough is enough. We are better than this. #endsars #endsarsbrutality.
