Epe Club Kicks Off 50th Anniversary Celebration with Cocktail Party

As part of activities to mark its 50th anniversary, Epe Club, the premier club of Epe Division, hosted a cocktail and dinner party ahead of the main celebration, which will take place today, December 21, 2024.

The cocktail and dinner party, organized by the wives of Epe Club members, provided an excellent beginning to the anniversary celebrations, with members gathering at the Epe Club House in high spirits. Epe Club’s 50th anniversary is a celebration of its notable achievements and impact on the community in Epe Division.

EKO HOT BLOG noted that the club has been actively involved in community affairs, politics, education, supporting vulnerable groups, empowerment, and working closely with government and other institutions.

During the event, Mrs. Shabi, the First Lady of Epe Club, spoke on behalf of the wives, sharing her gratitude and support for the men of the club.

“You are the head, and we’re the neck, so we are here to support you,” she said in her speech.

She also encouraged their husbands to celebrate and enjoy the evening with them, adding to the festive mood.

The cocktail and dinner event was a special way for the club to show appreciation for its members and their families, setting the stage for today’s grand anniversary celebration.
