-
Gbenga Omotosho attested to Sanwo-Olu’s resolve to bring development to Epe, which according to him, is not a place that this administration will neglect.
EKO HOT BLOG reports that Lagos State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Gbenga Omotosho, says the Babajide Sanwo-Olu-led administration has plans of commencing housing projects and building new schools in the Epe Division of Lagos.
He added that the government equally has a plan to establish a fishing centre in the division.

Omotosho made this disclosure in a chat with the media in Alausa, Ikeja few days after Sanwo-Olu kicked off the completion of the Oke-Oyinbo/Awolowo road which was abandoned in 2015.
He attested to Sanwo-Olu’s resolve to bring development to the community, which according to him, is not a place that this administration will neglect.
Speaking to pressmen on Tuesday, Omotosho said the ongoing Lekki Free trade Zone, is going to have a big effect on the community.
“I see new things coming up in Epe – housing projects, new schools. And then Epe houses very big numbers of farmers, especially those in fishing and there is a program for all of them. There is a plan to have a fishing centre in that place. The ministry of agriculture is coordinating that project and so many other things that are coming up in Epe.
“So in Epe, there is going to be more schools, and apart from that what is going on in the Lekki Free trade Zone is no way we cannot have such development, massive in nature and concrete in the spectacle that it is not going to have a big effect on Epe.
“With what we have done, the emergency centre commission in Epe, the hospital and all that, you know that Epe is not a place that we have to neglect, because Lagosians in that area really love Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Dr Babafemi Hamzat’s administration. So Epe is not going to be left behind at all,” he said.
