LASUBEB Chairman, Dr. Hakeem Babatunde Shittu
Eko Hot Blog reports that the Chairman, Epe Local Government, Hon (Princess) Surah O. Animashaun, has congratulated Dr. Hakeem Babatunde Shittu on his appointment as the Chairman of Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (LASUBEB).
Recall that Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu announced the appointment on Tuesday evening.
Dr. Shittu had been a permanent member of the board since 2019 before the governor elevated him.
Reacting to the development, the Epe LG chairman hailed the new LASUBEB chairman, saying his appointment was well-deserved.
In a statement, Animashaun expressed optimism that Dr. Shittu, who hails from Epe, will provide impactful leadership in his new role.
