Epe LGA Chairmen Nominate Hon. Shittu Idowu As Local Govt Education Authority Secretary

EKO HOT BLOG reports that the three Council Chairmen of Epe Federal Constituency, Princess Surah Animashaun, Chairman, Epe Local Government; Hon. Monsuru Akinloye, Chairman, Eredo Local Council Development Area; and Akogun Raji Anomo, Chairman, Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area, on Monday, nominated Hon. Shittu Aliu Idowu (SAICO) for the position of Executive Secretary of Epe Local Government Education Authority (LGEA).

This is contained in a statement made by Hon Idowu, Chairman, Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA, Akogun Raji Anomo, obtained by EKO HOT BLOG.

Hon Anomo who did the official presentation of the letter of nomination to Hon Idowu said that the three executive chairmen in Epe repose their confidence in him.

He also said that they believe in his ability to change the Narratives of Epe Local Government Education Authority.

The statement reads in part: “The three of us (Executive Chairmen) reposed our confidence in him, as we had selected him based on competence and capability. We believe he has the ability to change the Narratives of Epe Local Government Education Authority.

“His nomination has been sent for confirmation by the State Government and once confirmed, his tenure will be for a period of five years.

“On behalf of the good people of Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area, I wish him a prosperous tenure.”

The LGEA is the institution, which oversees the affairs of the primary education system in Epe Federal Constituency.

Hon. Shittu Idowu is a seasoned Educational Administrator, who retired as the Principal of Epe Senior Grammar School and also served as the Supervisor for Education, Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA.
