Eko Hot Blog reports that English Premier League club, Everton, is reportedly interested in Nigeria international Wilfred Ndidi, with rumors suggesting that they have made an offer to the midfielder for nex season.

The Nigerian star Wilfred Ndidi has once again solidified his reputation as one of Europe’s most dependable and coveted defensive midfielders.
Recalled that after Leicester City’s relegation, Ndidi was swiftly linked with a departure from the club.
However, despite having just a year remaining on his contract, the Foxes managed to retain the midfielder’s services.
The 27-year-old played a key role as Leicester gained promotion back to the Premier League contributing four goals and five assists in 31 appearances this season.
With only two months remaining on the contract extension he inked in 2018, Ndidi is now open to negotiations with any club.
Spanish powerhouse Barcelona, along with several Premier League teams, are eager to secure the 27-year-old midfielder on a free transfer this summer.
Meanwhile, according to transfer expert Sacha Tavolieri, Everton have presented an offer to Ndidi.
“Free agent this summer, Wilfred Ndidi already received a proposal from the Toffees trying to anticipate the competition.
“Several clubs are already working on his case but the Super Eagle hasn’t chosen his destination yet. Wait&See,” he wrote on his X handle.
The Nigerian joined the Foxes from Belgian outfit Genk for a reported fee of approximately £17 million in 2017.
He enjoyed a stellar debut season and subsequently, his contract was extended until 2024.
As per jeunesfooteux.com, a French website, Leicester City manager Enzo Maresca and his coaching staff are reportedly gearing up for Ndidi’s potential departure.
It suggests they have pinpointed RB Salzburg’s Lucas Gourna-Douath as the perfect successor for the Nigerian midfielder.
Meanwhile, footballleagueworld.co.uk, on Friday reported that Aston Villa, Newcastle United, Brentford, Crystal Palace and Fulham are all in the race for the Leicester City star.
Turkish giants Galatasaray are also aiming to seize the opportunity presented by the midfielder’s contract situation.
While Mundo Deportivo reported that Barcelona is eager to strengthen their midfield choices, with Ndidi being one of the players targeted by the Catalans.
