EPL: Eden Hazard Make U-Turn On Chelsea Return, Set To Join Club’s Rival

EKO HOT BLOG reports that the former Chelsea star, Eden Hazard, is set for a shock move to the Blues’ rival, Arsenal.

According to French publication Foot Mercato, Arsenal is interested in signing Hazard, who currently plays for Real Madrid in Spain.

Arsenal has ‘initiated the first contact’ in talks between both camps and could strike a deal to bring Hazard to Emirates in the summer transfer window.

Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, is reportedly keen to add Hazard’s experience to bolster his options across their front line to help turn the Gunners into title contenders next season.

Hazard has struggled since joining Real Madrid from Chelsea in 2019.
The 31-year-old has mainly been used as a bench option for Real Madrid so far this season.

Real Madrid is said to be willing to let Hazard leave during the summer transfer window.
Meanwhile, Arsenal will have to battle Newcastle United, who are said to be interested in the Belgium international.
