The two most successful clubs in the history of the EPL set to renew their hostilities on Sunday as Liverpool welcome their bitter rivals Man United to Anfield.

This is the first time Liverpool have hosted United in a EPL match while topping the table since September 1990.

Ole Gunnar side claimed top spot with a win at Burnley on Tuesday evening. However, the game will be kicks off at 16:30 GMT on Sunday and will be broadcast live in the UK on Sky Sports.

However, under Solskjaer, United are unbeaten in 15 EPL away matches and have strung together a run of form befitting of title challengers.

Victor Lindelof who missed Burnley game due to back injury may be back in the squad as Solskjaer will deliver the latest team news during his press conference on Friday.

Virgil van Dijk still sidelined with a long-term injury. In addition Diogo Jota will not take part in the game on Sunday due to a knee injury.

United have been in great form won mone matches and draw two in their last 11 EPL matches. Hence, United go into the match at Anfield full of confidence.

Klopp’s side have only won four of the last 10 matches in the league, failing to win in any of their last three fixtures.

The two teams rivalry are called North West Derby, which is a high-profile inter-city rivalry in the EPL. However, It is rated as one of the biggest rivalries in world football.
