The 2023-2024 Premier League title chase has narrowed down to a showdown between Manchester City and Arsenal, making it a two-team contest.

Unfortunately for Arsenal, the fate of the title isn’t entirely in their hands.

With just 9 points potentially available in their last three games.

Arsenal vs Bournemouth

While Manchester City are with potential 12 points from their remaining four matches, the Gunners face a tougher challenge.

This means if Arsenal triumph in all their remaining matches, claiming the Premier League crown this season is out of their grasp unless Manchester City stumble and suffer at least one defeat in their remaining four games.

Mikel Arteta expressed his hopes ahead of the Arsenal vs Bournemouth match at the Emirates Stadium today at 12:30 p.m..

He stated, “In my heart and soul, this is what I am hoping for, yes.”

“You know what is going on [with my emotions]. You just want to win and to win you need others to drop points and you are hoping for that to happen.

“And then [after City win] you have to manage your emotion because it doesn’t matter what happens on that day.

“There are still a lot of games and points to play for. You are going to have to perform, prepare and win the next match to maintain that momentum. This is what we are trying to do.”
