EPL Week 23 Preview: Man utd, Arsenal, Man City, Chelsea and Liverpool
- English clubs will be going into the week 23 of their league games on the 6th of January , 2021.
- Some big fixtures are taking place.
- The top teams would be in action
Aston Villa will be hosting Arsenal. The two sides lost in their respective matches against West Ham United and Wolverhampton in the last week premier league. This fixture, most certainly, will be a game that each club would try to mend their mistakes.With Arsenal currently sitting 10th on the league table, they will be more determined than Aston Villa to win and move up on the table.
Newcastle Vs Southampton:
Newcastle have shown they are a good side after 0:2 away victory over Everton last week. Southampton were humiliated by Manchester United after they were reduced to 10, and 9 men subsequently. Jan Bednarek’s red card against Man United was overturned by the FA so they will be without a regular eleven player due to red card. However, they are a strong threat to Newcastle United, and will look to bounce back.
Manchester United Vs Everton:
Everton recorded a very poor home performance when they hosted Newcastle United in EPL match last week. They obviously look out of form.Manchester united, on the other hand, look like a running train although they lost to Sheffield United regrettably before an impressive 9:0 victory over Southampton last week. This is not a time for Manchester United to drop point, and Ole knows this as the club clamour for the league trophy since the departure of legendary Alex Ferguson.
Burnley vs Brighton & Hove Albion: Brighton performance is just a complete opposite of Burnley performance who have lost the last two of their premier league matches. Brighton have won Tottenham and Liverpool of recent, and should easily walk pass out of form Burnley.
Fulham Vs West Ham United:
Fulham have failed to win in their last three premier league matches. West Ham United, on the other hand, have been excellent in their last three premier league matches winning 2 and losing 1 to Liverpool.
Tottenham VS West Brom:
Although Mourinho’s men have been awful, we expect them to win this fixture.
Liverpool vs Manchester City: Here comes a very big match of the week, and a most-watch for all football fans.
Liverpool slipped to defeat against Brighton at Afield last week. Manchester City have been in excellent form sitting on top of the table with a match at hand. Liverpool will look to bounce back save their top 4 position, and be in the trophy contender.
Sheffield United Vs Chelsea:
Although Sheffield United have been in good form winning Manchester United at Old Trafford and and West Brom Albion, Chelsea will be a strong test for them.
