Ekohotblog reports that the Eredo Local Council Development Area (LCDA) has started laying asphalt on the ongoing reconstruction of Imokun Road, proving an important step in fixing the area’s road infrastructure.
This infrastructure is one of the administration’s plan to make transportation easier and also make life better for residents.
Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, Chairman of Eredo LCDA, appreciated the contractors for their dedication and hard work.
Stating that “We are pleased with the progress so far. This is just the beginning of many more projects, and we will continue to bring more development to Eredo,”
Hon. Segun Agbaje, the former Chairman of Epe Local Government and now a commissioner at the Lagos State Teaching Service Commission, was at the site to show his support.
He applauded Hon. Akinloye’s leadership, saying,“l must commend you for your remarkable leader, “I fully support the work being done here. The unity and progress we see are important for Eredo’s growth.”
The reconstruction of Imokun Road is one of many projects aimed at improving roads and help the community to grow.
Hon. Akinloye also assured residents that more progressive projects are coming as the administration stays committed to making Eredo a better place for everyone.
