Erling Haaland Names 4 Favourites To Win 2022 World Cup In Qatar

Erling Haaland has picked out four countries as his favourites to win the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar next month.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Manchester City striker, Erling Haaland, has named four countries he feels have the chance to win the 2022 World Cup.

He listed Brazil, Argentina, France, and England as the favourites in Qatar. “I cannot only say one, because there are so many good teams, so yeah, these four,” Haaland said.

Haaland will not be playing at the tournament, as Norway failed to qualify for the tournament.

Norway finished third in Group G of the European World Cup qualifying behind the Netherlands and Turkey.

“I wished I played in the World Cup of course, but that’s the reality now (that) I don’t do (that), but I will relax my body and my mind a lot and then I will train,” Haaland added.

The Norwegian forward will head to Abu Dhabi with Pep Guardiola and the remaining Manchester City stars from around 5 December for a warm-weather training camp.

That camp will also include any players who are knocked out of the World Cup earlier.
